I'll start by saying that no President of these United States has ever had complete control over how Congress votes whether it be about money (only Congress holds the purse strings) or civil rights. Add to that brick wall the fact that Republicans would take cat food from their own mothers if it meant they could use it in an attempt to make Obama look bad.

IMHO, I'd have to drink a log of the RW Kool Aid being served up by the bucket load around here to see him in that light. If he actually did something heinous that was within his power NOT to do, I'll join the fracas. Until then, I'll pass on the Kool Aid.
