I am a lower to middle class income citizen and I want to pay taxes!

Taxes are good for our country. taxes are good for the economy. Taxes are good for feeding the poor and providing shelter. taxes could give us a medical system that works.
If a family earning 70,000 (way more than my family) will get 1,000 back from these tax cuts, what the hell is the point? TAXES ARE GOOD. USing taxes for war, not good. Using taxes for good is what democracy is about, isn't it?

Fair taxes, where the wealthy pay more than the poor is the only way for a tiny bridge between rich and poor. TAXES ARE GOOD THINGS, in my opinion. Yes I get a little worried once a year when I have to write the check, but it would be well worth it if it went to rebuilding this broken country.

Unless they can justify their position. And that has not happened.

Many rich do much good, so it is not a comment about all rich, but their are many in trouble, it makes sense.

4. If the moneys are allocated correctly, they're a very good thing.

If they're ferreted off to some pork project that's a very bad thing. If we are all (conceivably) to pay taxes, then the funds should go into programs that will help the largest number of people possible, and keep the economy afloat - things like federal financial aid, health care assistance, funding for community programs, infrastructure, etc.

5. my point is stop the Bush tax cuts. After that we can do some good for the country.

spend the money on food and healthcare instead of wars.
