If money is Speech, and the Extreme Court ruled it is
When a government agency such as DEA or IRS confiscates or attaches your money/bank accounts are they in effect denying you free speech? Or is money ONLY speech when it comes to politics?

2. The Supreme Court did NOT rule that "money is speech"
That is a misreading of the case law. That is why limits on campaign contributions were held to be constitutional. However, the Supreme Court also ruled that *speech financed by money* is just as much *speech* as any other free speech, so special rules that specifically targeted money-backed speech were NOT constitutional.
