Brian Wolff's e-mail yesterday, claiming victory against Bush on the issue of Iraq funding is so offensive, that I called, emailed and wrote them.

RE: Brian Wolff May 25, 2007 Dear sirs:
I received the most incredibly inane, spin-based, insulting, and unbelievable e-mail from Mr. Wolff that should be brought to your attention. The idea that he could claim victory at a time when the Democratic party lost its spine, bent over, offered the president his choice of KY Jelly or baby oil, then did his bidding on the issue of IraqNam funding is either the height of arrogance, or an indication that someone is off his meds and is badly in need of psychological counseling, perhaps, even institutionalization.
Seventy percent of the American public wanted Congress to act bravely, to stand up to the worst administration in history, and to set a specific date to take our troops out of harm's way. It is bad enough to learn that the president lied us into an occupation. It is worse when we learn that the CIA warned against an invasion because Al Qaida AND a home grown insurgency would spring up. It is even far worse when the GAO reports that this funding bill will not change anything, and that our DOD has sufficient funds to easily last until September. But Wolff's comments go beyond that, in terms of hurbis, spin and deceit.
So long as the DCCC continues to employ a walking disaster like Wolff, you can count me out for any kind of support, including financial, time, effort, letter writing, calling or even driving elderly democrats to the polls, all of which I did last year. I repeat, either Mr. Wolff and his ilk go, or many, many angry Democrats will boycott your organization and fight you tooth and nail in every primary.
I am so disgusted by Wolff's e-mail that it is difficult to express my anger. I surely don't expect any sort of response, not when it seems as though your organization has its cranial bones stuck deeply where they are safe from solar radiation. Once Wolff is gone, perhaps, with sufficient mea culpas, I may consider returning. Until then, sign me IRATE at the DCCC,
