....type of events over the holiday season.....if only to prove that if we can get by with out using the radiation and gropes for a few days then they are not needed at all..... I have heard a lot of airports yesterday went back to the metal detectors yesterday to avoid the potential conflicts and delays.....

.......Makes you wonder HUH!!!!

1. Better idea,
Simply don't fly. You hit the airlines hard, they will be far more effective than we the people in getting TSA policies changed.

2. The airports are still using the metal detectors
for the majority of passengers. The full body scanner is used only for selected random screenings, not for all passengers.

4. Actually, that's not true. Some airports didn't use them, most did and it went fine. Some don't have
them yet. Portland won't get them until 2012. I read a number of regional newspapers this morning and it appeared that most airports that had them were using them and it went smoothly. Very few protesters. The NYT said that many airports had more reporters covering the protesters than actual protesters.

5. Maybe for now. You think if they have them they won't use them?
Plans are to have many more bought & in use in the very near future.

If we don't stop this now, it'll be too late...maybe it already is.
