1. I'm sure if that were technologically possible
They'd do it. Isn't there already an ignition technology where it won't start if you breathe into it an alcohol level?

This kills many more people than airline terrorism disasters. Already everything is done that can be.

Then there is child protective services, which interferes in family life if there is the slightest suggestion of danger.

At least on Interstates all they have to do is put cruise control on and not swerve too much.

5. My thoughts exactly..
Secondary roads are much more dangerous on a per mile traveled basis than Interstates..

Perhaps we should have a breath test at every red light instead?
