Watching Sarah Palin's TLC now, for first time...

honestly, I am a practiced non-partisan. If it was good, I would say so.

Here's my take.

This episode has them climbing. Palin comes off as the stereotypical helpless woman needing constant encouragement from amused men.

She constantly expresses her fears and "oh gosh" and "this is fricken scary" sentiments as husband and guide watch her.

The show itself focuses on her. It comes off like a reality show...a la "dog the bounty hunter" where there is a star of the show. Some of the Alaska shots are amazing, but it is obvious Palin is the focus of this show, giving it a staged reality show feel

Edit: After watching just 10 minutes of this I certainly understand and respect turd blossom's reaction to her.

TLC airs this garbage. How is watching a whining ass like Palin a learning experience? I will miss TLC, but I am boycotting it for the long run.

5. It's A Freak Show...

...if you want to see Alaska there are plenty of other shows to choose from and with a lot more information. This is all about Grifterella...TLC is betting that those who love her and hate her will tune and looks like that's the case. You bit. That's all well and good for the first show but lets see how many come back for a second "helping". For the freepers, this is as close to porn as it comes.
