A short self test - Moral relativism
I've always believed the path to inner calm is a bottle of shiraz, a big joint and a consistent internal morality.

How do you score in this short but sweet Moral Relativism test:

1. It says my overall position is consistent. I guess that means I did pretty well.

3. Your overall position is inconsistent, as you accept both relativism and moral objectivity!
But I knew that.

6. I'm inconsistent, too. At least according to those ten questions,
anyway. I'm not sure I agree, but at least it's given me something to think about for the next few minutes.

5. The analysis is ridiculous. It denies that people can be correct...
within their own viewpoint, but that those viewpoints can vary between people and cultures.

Which means that two people can have different answers to the same moral question and both of them can be right.

7. I don't think it does
I saw no mention of cultures. Was the result a surprise for you?

8. Nothing consistent about me! LOL .
"It is inconsistent to think that right and wrong are both relative to individuals and to society as a whole!

Your overall position is inconsistent, as you accept both relativism and moral objectivity!"

I'm shocked I tell ya.

9. everyone has a right to be selfish. yes. no. already i cant do the test. first thing
that pops in head is....

altruism. (not being selfish) is the ultimate in selfish. i want what is best for hubby, always. not me, but hubby. that is very unselfish. but it isnt. not in reality. it is the ultimate in selfish. i have found 16 yrs married, having a attitude of altruism, he wants best for me. i want best for him. we get the best. win win win.

damn right i am going ot be selfless in my selfishness.

i find that with so many things in life. the more i give, the more i get.
