They seem to have renewed their vows and retaken the Hipocritic Oath.
That chinless, facelifted fuck, Mitch, who planted one hundred and fourteen million dollars in earmarks all by hizownself, today stood on the Senate floor and vowed to outlaw them in the next Congress.

2. Bachmann said today she would like "transportation and infrastructure" not called earmarks.
That's legitimate spending. Everything else is earmarks.

3. I'd imagine just about every earmark could fit into those categories.
I get it now: They will eliminate earmarks by calling them something else!
