Cops: Adult, 4 kids smash 53 cars in Roseville

One adult and four juveniles are facing charges after investigators said they smashed at least 53 cars in Roseville with baseball bats early Saturday.

Maverick James Ulbrich, 17, of St. Clair Shores was arraigned in 39th District Court today on one count of malicious destruction of property, a felony punishable by up to four years in jail.

A girl, 13, and two other boys, ages 15 and 16, were to be arraigned today on the same charges in Macomb County Juvenile Court, Roseville Police Deputy Chief James Berlin said. They could be held until their 19th birthday if convicted.
