Extinguishment of the basic social contract. This has remained the status quo for many many years now. This is the crux of their assaults on civilization, and should be addressed as such.
Extinguishment need not apply to only the social contract.
Extinguishment of common, and of ways also would apply.
And in particular, with respect to pavlovian response. The right wing has referred to Obama as hitlerian, and Hitler as a leftie in the same breath as calling him Stalinian.
When a dog being conditioned, first receives a stimuli{food}, the response of salivating is great. While you may solidify the depth of conditioning, issuing the same stimuli, in same amount, over time, elicits less drool. As does eliminating the food that accompanies the bell ringing. Soon, the yelling and waving of arms threats of issuing chaos and insurrection, will receive an angry reply, or possibly a yawn. This a feature of Extinguishment.
These are meaty subjects, so I would not presume to make some final word on any or all of it. Just that we could scare the bejesus out of the public, by contemplating libertarian delusions.
