Does anyone have a link to that recent, awesome cartoon?

Just a day or two ago, there was an absolutely perfect political cartoon posted here: it was four panels from left to right, color, and it had four scenarios of what happened due to a lack of regulation and oversight of private institutions. The first was the energy companies gouging consumers on the West Coast in 2002 (which got Gray Davis canned), the second was the housing bubble bursting in 2008, the third was the BP spill in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010, and the final panel had commentary on whether future lack of oversight might possibly have any consequences (the implication, of course, being that the past is prelude).

If anyone looking at this post has a link, or could even re-post the cartoon in this thread, I would be enormously grateful.
