If I could I would ask the Administration/Obama one question...
Is water boarding illegal and if so when did it become so? Obama has stated torture was illegal and the USA does not do it, but he has never said specifically whether water boarding itself was illegal.. Bush* was asked by Matt Lauer whether it was legal and Bush* said yes it was. Lauer asked how it became legal and Bush* said his lawyer told him it was and so it was...I really would like to know, IS WATER BOARDING ILLEGAL, and if it is when did it become so?
