12. Only as long as you can resist attacks by Blue Dogs to have her replaced with a Blue Dog.
They've been chomping at the bit to take over that leadership position.

4. I could recommend a long read of LAKOFF but why bother?
They have Luntz going to war, while we throw ours to the side and keep playing Kumbaya.

7. I think Obama is doing something he did during the election campaign
It's called rope a dope. I think he's letting them have all the rope they want and in the next two years, the Republicans will be busy making their noose. Or, the Obama administration is continuing its hands off approach to mud politics and that would be a bad thing.

8. Problem is that that noose is going around OUR necks!
He has no interest in fighting for us, that much is obvious. He's acting like a lame duck President already and I wonder if he'll even run again (not that I would mind if he didn't).

9. Maybe
I've been mad as a hornet for so many things this administration has done over the last two years but I'm watching this specific episode and suspecting strongly that for once being quiet will cause the other side to commit hari kari. I can't really explain why I feel that way and the last two years have certainly been indicative of something else, but still, I have this feeling..........

10. Rope a dope, multi-dimensional chess, I think it is more likely that he is a very very blue dog
One that is in favor of at least half of what the GOP wants and we get to suffer for it.

He will find cover, say the right things, but the opposite of what he says will still keep happening while he claims he had no power at all to make it come out better.

I gave up on the blue dogs and conservative Democrats quite a while ago and he has proven time and again he is one of them.
Regardless of the rhetoric to the contrary.

13. To lose more seats in 2012 due to inattentiveness? You are dreaming.
Homers, should be left for baseball.

14. They were behaving like this two years ago when they lost badly...
...and if we remember the following Sunday after the election, the Sunday talk shows were dominated by Repukes, 3 to 1.

The problem as well is with the Corporate Media who are treating the Republican Party as if they are in charge.

I'm torn because I can't tell if it is because we are not fighting; or, we ARE fighting but the corporate media isn't covering what we say.
