10. Back in the 90s there was a candidate named Guy Millner in Georgia who lost three times.
First he lost narrowly to Zell Miller in the 1994 gubernatorial election. Then he lost to Max Cleland in the 1996 U.S. Senate race. Finally, he lost the governor's race to Roy Barnes in 1998. After his third loss he announced that he would not seek elective office again. Steve
