that is the way I feel about elections any more.

I wil still vote... voting back in Mexico back in the day was pissing in the wind and that damn civics teacher really ingrained that civil culture in me... you need to vote, period... it is a duty

That does not mean I expect people who do not share MY civic culture to do this.

So either we change the culture where it is drilled in that YOU VOTE... or we change the law where it is mandatory. Otherwise learn how to excite bases... serious.
