for improvement, and as Plato intimates in his allegory of the cave, perfection exist only in the mind. However, it does not matter how the right rants. Nancy Pelosi was one of the most powerful and effective Speakers of the House in Congressional history. She feared none and knew the game better than the mean spirited likes of the frat boys on the right. I am sure that the confidence she exuded still resonates today. The men on the right feared and hated her. They always felt that was too much power for a woman to have, as most of them are chauvinist. At the end of the day, the wheels of stagnation have now returned to those hallowed halls and the pride and respect she brought to the position is now being turned over to a bunch of sniveling crybabies. One major TRUE BLUE patriot is right to have "no regrets." Job well done, Speaker Pelosi. Job well done.

2. I believe Pelosi did a hell of a job
Most of the problem is with the senate and she has nothing to do with the senate.

4. Speaker Nancy Pelosi kicked ass.
Best Speaker in decades IMO. I wish she hadn't taken impeachment off the table, but in retrospect was it truly she who took it off the table, or was it merely she who told us it was off the table? That aside, she did everything one could hope. The Senate ignored many pieces of good legislation which passed the House; if Massachusetts had run a better alternative to Scott Brown, the last two years might have looked VERY different to the American people and to history. The failures of the Democratic party over the last four years cannot be laid at the feet of Nancy Pelosi. She flat-out kicked ass.

I for one will always honor the lady.
