When Bob Casey beat Santorum.... there were 126,000 more voters than there were yesterday. Where did they go? It certainly wasn't Republicans staying home yesterday. It was the political left in PA that stayed home. We have nobody to blame but ourselves.

she only votes in Presidential elections. Your theory is weak.

3. I doubt that...the political left did not stya home, although you're quick to blame...
it's the independents and casual Dems who really weren't convinced there was someone fighting for them.

4. I worked at our polling place yesterday. The stats were dismal
Republicans voting outnumbered Democrats 4:1. It's a heavy GOP precinct, but only 21 Democrats showed up to vote. I felt sick all day as I checked the voters off on the street list.

16. They hate President Obama. The media has convinced them
that he is a Socialist, Marxist and besides that, he's not "one of us". That's all I can think of. It can't be because he raised their taxes. He didn't.

I've been mourning our loss of congressman, senator and governor all day. I'm appalled by the numbers you've listed.

14. Ask why did they stay home?
My feel is because the Blue Dog Democratics blocked Hope and Change.

15. Numbers at my "political left" precinct in Philly were excellent.
About 65% of those who voted in the 2008 Presidential election. We didn't stay home.
