I blame the loss of Feingold and Grayson and the other targeted Dems on the confirmation of Justices Roberts & Alioto. Without those massive amounts of money from places like the Chamber of Commerce, the results might have been different.

I'm going looking for that list of Dems who voted to confirm Bush's appointments.
