Evan Bayhe left with $10 million?
He walked away from the Senate to the Republicans and kept the $10 million in campaign cash? Good riddance, Evan.

1. Is that legal?
Sounds like he burned some bridges, too.

10. He bankrolled a lot of Ellsworth's ads.
Ellsworth did not really have any media presence until about two or three weeks ago.

5. As long as he keeps it in reserve for NATIONAL office..He's looking ahead to '16
He'll sit on it and use it then.

I wish they had to forfeit all "left-over" campaign funds when they lose.. It could all go into a trust from which underfunded candidates could draw.

11. No he did not

He kept it in his PAC

He can use it for any federal election.

Still a prick but he didn't 'pocket the money'.

12. Correct, it's in a PAC
But he knew far in advance that it was going to be a brutal elecrion and he helped almost no one. Lee Fischer, on the other hand, gave everything to Ohio Dems for GOTV and it may pay off. So in my eyes, Bayh is walking away with it.
