I have a gut feeling the Democrats will retain both chambers of Congress . so : VOTE !!!

1. It is possible.
I don't think there is a real chance the Dems will lose the Senate.

I also don't think we'll see a 40-50 seat loss in the House. I think we will lose somewhere in the 25-30 range.

Tell them to take advantage of "Late Voting".

4. Earlier I was thinking 20-35 with my guess being 32 seats lost in the House.

I've bumped it to 25-30. Little chance of the Senate flipping though.

5. Ha! Some of the ones I've seen would probably fall for it.
A DUer posted s/he was telling Repubs "nah, I'm not going to vote, they're all the same, why bother?" in hopes the Repubs would go "you're right -- screw it". :evilgrin:
