Do you vote in DU polls?

1. I used to vote in polls regularly

It seemed important. But most of them seem to be frivolous now. Unlike this one.

2. Other: sometimes yes, sometimes no, and it's pretty random

The topic doesn't usually matter, or my state of inebriation, it's just a combination of my current mood and whether any of the choices attract my clicking finger.

FTR, I didn't vote in this one (not up top, anyway)...

4. I like making polls ..

But mostly in the lounge. I do polls only if they interest me.

5. I always worry that they agglomerate info that might be used against us,

like, to psych us out or something (like facebook apps). So I generally resist the temptation to answer.

8. Seriously?

Even the non-frivolous ones mean nothing because they represent only a self-selecting sample, like all online polls.

9. Seriously. If they mean nothing, why do third parties

spend fortunes designing and soliciting participants in apps on facebook, etc.? Those things are designed to tell them more about you than you know yourself, so the info can be used to manipulate you.

10. I vote, but only for the obviously ridiculous option....

though, sometimes it is damn hard to choose which one that would be.
