This is where hope lies - with those who engage each other, engage their brains creatively, appreciate the world and each other. At some level, being part of that slice of life is enough - and it becomes easier to accept those who do live in fear, create such hardship, and are so easily misled. This is a very sophisticated event, working on many levels. It is a zillion miles beyond anything that the fear mongering right wing and tea bag nation could ever accomplish or appreciate.
