Inside the Tea Party - 8pm

Sounds like a wait as long as you can "Cover Our Asses before the election" deal to me !

They had a year and a half.

Bought and Sold ....what more proof do we need !

3. Better two nights before the election
than two nights after...I guess. Considering the general public's short-ass attention span, would it have done diddly to have shown an expose on teabagger funding earlier anyway? I'm just glad it's getting shown at all in the corporate media.

7. That's the complicit corporate media for ya!
I'm running out of sympathy for the low-info crowd. If they're too effin' lazy to educate themselves in even rudimentary fashion (and I consider depending on corporate media for 'education' as rock-bottom rudimentary), then perhaps the maxim is true that people deserve the sort of government they get. I've grown weary of living in an idiotocracy; you can lead an idiot to information, but you can't make him think.

8. It's okay
Aren't we used to the right getting this kind of protection for their dirty deeds?

Let them air it tonight - it will be repeated and hopefully will go viral. We have the ability to push the information out by linking to it, contacting the news to tell them we want them to run it, contacting our local news to ask them to cover it, sending letters to the editors of our local newspapers, contacting our congressmen, talking to our neighbor about this.

It has been US - the American people who are not the millionaires, who have raised our voices about who is funding the GOP. It has also been true news reporters such as Rachel, Keith, Larry who have shined a light on this.

I'll do my part, will you do yours?

Peace Luv and VOTE!
Annette

6. And Halloween parties all over the place
In some places (like here), they've bumped trick-or-treating back to tonight, rather than have it fall on Sunday.

9. The Money's Been Collected...
This election year has been a windfall for the cables and local stations. It's big money...NutMeg was all but supporting California broadcasting for the past year and it was desperately needed at retail and other forms of advertising are slow. Stations in areas with contested elections couldn't sell time fast enough...and at top rate. All the cables also got windfalls...especially from the Kochtapus/Rove/Chamber blitzes. It's all money upfront...and now when the big haul has been made Chicken Noodle Nuze thinks its safe to come out and wring hands about this issue but exclude themselves from being a part of the problem. Spare me.

The real battle lies ahead after the glare of the elections fade away. The Koch machine won't be going away; busy planning for even bigger spending in 2012. It's during this time to investigate and expose the secret money...keep the light shinning bright on how our elections are being bought and sold. Expect CNN to follow up? I don't.
