I have no idea what the law is in Kentucky, but while most jurisdictions limit sexual assault to forcible penetration, they also have statutes on the books prohibiting any unwanted sexual contact, including breast groping, touching, etc. In Illinois it's called sexual abuse. I'm not sure what the corollary is in Kentucky. But yes, in many states, what he did constitutes a sex crime.

Having seen the vid I would say it was just plain old horrible ASSAULT AND BATTERY......if he happened to grab her for a second I think that was just because of the scuffle, this is not a sexually-based attack, although there is that question of if it was a 6 foot 300 lb guy with a sign would they have even attempted this?? But, still, with respect to all the women who are sexually assaulted way too often, let's not call it something it's not.
