Hurricane Sarah

Republican operatives tell Politico that Sarah Palin "wreaks havoc on campaign logistics and planning. She offers little notice about her availability, refuses to do certain events, is obsessive about press coverage and sometimes backs out with as little lead time as she gave in the first place. In short, her seat-of-the-pants operation can be a nightmare to deal with, which, in part, explains why Palin doesn't often do individual events for GOP hopefuls."

In fact, "the high-maintenance aspects of dealing with the 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee have angered and frustrated some conservative candidates and aides who once thought highly of Palin and, for more skeptical Republicans, simply reconfirmed their view that she's self-centered and unhelpful to the cause."

2. Why would any candidate want her presence at an event?
She brings absolutely nothing but the racist, bat$hit crazy teanuts to the table. That's usually not enough to win a general election.

3. It's well known that she drove the McCain campaign consultants up the wall
She may find it difficult to sign up the best Republican consultants to work for her in the primaries.

5. Even if she does run, she won't want to sign up those consultants
She keeps it close-knit, so she can have a tight control over her staff. She would try and do a primary run with the haphazard team she has now.

14. Scared of? I don't think so; I'm appalled that there are
willfully ignorant Americans who find anything of value concerning her; I haven't been able to.

11. She is a Grifter, what did they expect!
All those speculating about "will she run for POTUS?" She has no intention of running for President. She and her Grifting family are raking in the big bucks, while the raking and fools are plentiful. They have til 2012 and so far with a whole lotta help from the big-time Grifter/Maverick from Arizona, the ignorant, little town Grifters from Wasilla, Alaska, have become millionaires.
