5. I remember these "sovereign citizen" nuts acting up during the Clinton administration.

They'd insist they didn't have to have license plates on their cars. They'd file false liens against property belonging to judges and law enforcement people. They'd hold courts and pronounce verdicts against government officials. All kinds of nuttery like that.

They seemed to go away while Bush was in office. It looks like they're becoming active again.
