Someone's Mom is a college recruiter for KBR. She gave a talk about her job, then handed out some typical convention-giveaway loot. No biggie. And yet...

The irony of a KBR-logoed earth stressball is too much for me to comprehend.

activity, too.

I don't think it's a bad thing to encourage them to think about their futures and possible career options, etc. They were asked to dress for their dream jobs today. Loveylou wore jeans and a t shirt. She's going to be a writer. (or a scientist. Or gerbil -trainer (?), depending on the day you ask.)
