The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the poster child for corporate corruption of our electoral system.

This year alone the Chamber has pledged to spend $75 million on ads attacking candidates who don't meekly bow down to the biggest and wealthiest corporate interests.

However, an explosive new report by the Center for American Progress reveals that some of that corporate cash might be coming from foreign entities, which would be a federal crime.1

There is already entirely too much corporate cash spent on our elections. It's intolerable that our democracy would be further undermined by illegal donations from foreign interests.

1. Not going to happen, the DOJ is going to be too busy with appealing the court decsion ending DADT

They can't be bothered with saving democracy, they've got some civil rights to trash.

Every day, I'm thinking more and more that unlimited corporate funding of political campaigns will be the one thing which finally brings down our supposed democracy... and nearly half of the country is so stupid that, again, they're just giddy about yet another thing which is detrimental to their well-being, and they wholeheartedly support.
