The Early Word: Community College Summit

President Obama is scheduled to appear Tuesday at a White House summit on community colleges, along with Jill Biden, the vice president’s wife. Also on the president’s schedule are an East Room reception for the foreign diplomatic corps and a speech at Fortune magazine’s conference on powerful women.

Warren Buffett, Michelle Rhee (the schools chancellor in Washington) and Elizabeth Warren are all speakers at this event.
