1. Title: Their 4 dogs - your lawn/garden

Chapter 1: "I have to leave them out all night, they shed"
"That keeps you awake"?
Chapter 2: "Your kids can rinse their shoes off before they come in"
"Dogs don't know any better"!
Chapter 3: "What are you an animal hater"??
"If you don't put down that shovel, I'm calling the cops"!

6. It seems like the "sound jammer"

might have been a more "quiet" way of approaching the problem, but "sound jammer" isn't defined at all. It would have been interesting to read more of the technical details and the legal reasoning for its prohibition.
