Chairman: Craig Shirley Craig Shirley is a Reagan biographer, having written two critically acclaimed books on Reagan's 1976 and 1980 campaigns. He is a longtime advisor to conservative causes and noted lecturer, having spoken at the Reagan Library, Eureka College and the Reagan Ranch Center Santa Barbara. It was Shirley's idea to resurrect Reagan's CFTR.

Dan Oliver's long association with the conservative movement began in the 1960s with his close association with Jim and Bill Buckley. Later, he served In the Reagan Administration as General Counsel at the Department of Education and the Department of Agriculture. He currently serves on the boards of many conservative organizations, and is a Senior Fellow with the White House Writers Group.
Peter Hannaford served Ronald Reagan as a policy adviser and as one of the Gipper's favorite speechwriters -- including authoring Reagan's groundbreaking speech in 1980 accepting the GOP nomination for president. Hannaford has authored a number of books about the Reagans.
Ed Meese was once described by Ronald Reagan as the first person he would turn to in a crisis. Meese's long association with Reagan began in the 1960s, right up to serving as the Attorney General of the United States during the Reagan Administration. He has been closely associated with the Heritage Foundation for many years, and is a much sought-after lecturer and writer on Constitutional law.
Mari Maseng Will served in the Reagan White House as Director of Communications, presidential speechwriter and Director of Public Liaison. During her Washington career, she served as press secretary or communications director for both Bob and Elizabeth Dole—during his presidential campaigns and her tenure at the Department of Transportation and the American Red Cross.
