(R)asmussen places poll leader Blumenthal below McMahon
http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/elections/election_2010/election_2010_senate_elections/connecticut/election_2010_connecticut_senate

Linda McMahon (R)45%

Richard Blumenthal (D)50%

Some other candidate 1%

Not sure 3%

The leader in the poll is supposed to be listed on the top line.

2. The scary thing is that a nutjob like McMahon is that close
even allowing for (R)asmussen's usual bias. :scared:

4. From CT here. McSteroids has tons of cash to burn here.
She is trying to buy this senate seat as a means to protect her own fortune for her kids as well as the fortunes of her uber-class neighbors in Greenwich.

5. You show me a rich nutjob, and I'll show you a nutjob.

We have a few of them to deal with out here (NutMeg Whitman and Carly Fire-you-rina). Having lived in CT myself for many years, I had thought that voters there weren't that easily manipulated. :eyes:

6. Richard has been a great AG for 20 years.
People are not that smart. Let us be honest.
Seeing the race this close is bothersome.

9. I see it pretty closely, too
She spends buttloads of money in the NYC television market. Even with the most basic cable, I still see about one of her commercials every day, and I don't watch that much TV.

Never underestimate the ability of someone who's swayed so many weak minds with her "professional" wrestling entertainment.

7. I can't help but believe that these republicans must go to
congress and poll the republican side of the senate and House to get these lousy untrue results they do.
