Sex abuse victim learns of Pope's role
MORRISONVILLE, Ill. – Matt McCormick was in the seventh grade when Father Alvin Campbell gave him a ride home from a baseball game. As they were driving along country roads, Campbell put his hand on McCormick’s thigh and “just left it there.”

<snip>

That was 25 years ago. Just three months ago, he learned that Pope Benedict XVI played a role in keeping his abuser in the church when CNN told him about a letter signed by the pontiff – then Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger – refusing to defrock the pedophile priest.

the priestly pedophilia. Well...that is what he said during his visit to Great Britain, anyway.
He made it sound like he had just heard about it the day before..

2. The pope is a criminal...
He is revolting.

He doesn't even deserve to comment on these victims. He helped to create those
victims and ensure that these children would suffer for a lifetime.

The pope is a piece of human garbage.

To find the pope's level of pedophile enabling--you'd have to attend a NAMBLA meeting. There
is no difference between a NAMBLA member and the Pope--when it comes to how they react to
children being raped by predators. Both hide the crimes and protect the predator at the expense
of the victims.

How many grown adults have spent their childhood years--and their subsequent years growing up--in
their own private hell because of this sick, vile institution?

Shame, shame, shame on the people of this planet for allowing this disgusting, criminal, evil
institution--to continue to operate.

This institution's crimes and continued operation is a terrible commentary on all human beings.

Reminds me of the line in the movie Contact, "You're an interesting species, an interesting mix. You're
capable of such beautiful dreams and such horrible nightmares..." If you listed the top five "beautiful
dreams" and the top five "horrible nightmares" created by mankind--the catholic church's systemic pedophile
enabling and victim creation would definitely make the list.

It is beyond comprehension. Just woefully pitiful and disturbing.

3. And individual Catholics
that donate money to the glorified child rape ring that is the Catholic church are also complicit. It's a bronze-age cult used in the modern day to shield child rapists.
