I figured someone would post the video but it was a great report which Keith admits he falls into the label as does many huge corporations. Great job of reporting.

3. Hedge funds pulling in billions are also small businesses.
The "small business" idea has been a total scam for many years, usually to get low interest loans from the SBA locally. Usually it's some real estate baron who sets up dummy companies so it looks like he's hiring other companies to do his work while keeping a minimal office staff so he can fall under the guidelines, based on number of employees. In a sweetheart deal with the corrupt SBA guy, he gets the whole budget year after year. The SBA guy gets kickbacks and perks like golf time at clubs he can't afford on a government salary.

What we need is a new definition of small business, one that relies on revenues instead of personnel. Maybe then the SBA can be turned back into what it was supposed to be, a microlender for mom and pop businesses.

Since the SBA has been so corrupt for so long, Kiva has started microlending in the US. That's embarrassing.

4. I watched that segment and totally agree.
Small business?? That is a "mom and pop" operation to me ~~ NOT a billion-dollar-a-year corporate enterprise.

5. Yes it was great, and I noted great fodder Keith and Rachel provide Dems,
which they'd damned well better use.

6. "Small businesses" builing airports, major seaports, oil refineries...
...another Republican sham. Blue Sky Act my ass.
