5. Just my 2 cents.

I'm not a big Bennett fan. He was appointed by Bill Ritter, who was himself no great shakes (vetoed 2 pro-labor bills passed by a Democratic legislature, and was pro-life). Ritter ran a poll of who should replace Ken Salazar. He then completely ignored the poll and appointed a complete unknown and Phil Anschutz protege Michael Bennett. Once appointed, he showed no leadership, and seemed to stick his finger in the wind before ever making a statement on anything. That is, until Andrew Romanoff decided to run against him. Then he suddenly announced he had written a letter demanding a vote on a public option in reconciliation. Over 50 Senators signed it, but when push came to shove, they never made a remote attempt to get a vote on it and the public option died. IMO, he's just another millionaire DLCer.

Me and the wife may still vote for him, but I can't say I'm excited about it.

6. I never watch TV but I was at my sisters in Pueblo

over the weekend and I saw a spot with Bennet throwing a fit about Washington and how bad it was and spending was out of control, and Ken Fucky comes on and says Bennet voted for it, guess that plays to the idiots here. We got snake shit and lower than snake shit, Bennet sucks, but I will vote for him.
