You know what I feel like doing....
Going to Target, get a big huge pile of stuff in the cart, get in the line and just as I am about to check out say...

Damn, I forgot. This store really supports people who would persecute folks just because of their sexual preference. I can't shop here.

And leave...

1. I've done that before out of protest.
And if it's full of frozen foods the store has to throw them away and can't put them back on the shelves. The store screwed me out of $35 but I cost them much more.

2. That's actually a good idea.
But, wait until it's all entered on the register and THEN walk out.

6. I know union guys who have done it at Wal-Mart.
It helps to let the manager know what you're doing, and mention how much you were willing to spend until you remembered.

7. There's something about this that strikes me wrong
I believe in protest - don't shop there. You might as well be stealing if you let frozen food melt, and cause other damage, even if it's in a round about way, etc.

That's like a vegan throwing my meat away. Just don't patronize places like that, contact your friends to do the same ... write letters, etc.

Just sayin' - that's just me.

16. I would have a problem with wasting the frozen and refrigerated
food too. The are people wondering where their next meal will come from.

On the other hand, I can see doing it with nonperishable foods, like canned goods. Those can be restocked and not go to waste.

22. Target sells mostly non-food items, so there would be no need to put food in the cart.

8. What you can do is buy stuff pay for it and then take it back
there is a rule that they can not sell stuff that had been returned. What you can do is make sure thru some secret mark that they don't if you go back and find they do, they can be fined.
