O'Donnell once again throws out the gay smear against her opponent.
I was just listening to her interview with Hannity and I noted something in what she says.

Around 3:40 seconds into the first interview O'Donnell says, "...We've got serious issues facing our country right now. This type of stuff diversion, and I want to get back on message. There is a startling contrast between my opponent and me {and how}. He's called Harry Reid's pet (giggles)..you know."

Hannity: You know...I've heard that.

O'Donnell: That's Harry Reid's word. You know...I'm not...you know, I'm not mud slinging here. Ya kinda have to wonder what sort of strange conversations went on to lead to Harry Reid call him, his pet.

I have to say. The most sexually repressed people have the most perverse minds. She thinks like a 13 year old boy---to even lead into that kind of statement. I am truly disgusted. The thing is, her perversion is combined with a cutesy face and personality to mask her depravity and that disgusts me even more. The woman is God awful.

First she discredits Castle with a gay smear---of course riling up her homophobic base. Now she's using the same underhanded tactic to do it again and smear Coons. She can't fight people on her own merit or on honor, she has no idea what that means. Truly she is a disgusting individual. I abhor women like her and Angle---although I dislike Angle---to the point of hate, far more.

It starts at about 3:40 to 4:03. http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=385&topic_id=507136&mesg_id=507136

2. Agreed. I'm shocked she's doing it again.
You'd probably think she'd get a clue. But no..these people want to stick it to the American people.

6. I wish I agreed...however
on the second part of the interview Hannity quotes a message that Palin had for O'Donnell giving her advice.

"MOUSE WITH A FULLY FUNCTIONING HUMAN BRAIN...!!!"
LOL...!!!

4. I'd find this funny, if the situation wasn't so serious.

This twit has leverage. She managed to unseat a forever seating Republican. Because he's moderate. And she has the chance to do a lot of damage to Coons. There is still 42 days and she's not someone I'm going to sit around and take lightly. That's what happened to Castle, he totally underestimated this woman and look what that got him. We can't afford this---because she will have the power to veto a repeal on DADT. If clowns like her come into office, we're screwed. Really and truly. I can't afford to see that happen and I will take her seriously for that matter.

For example, just look at what's going with Feingold's run for Senate. He's almost out and it looks like he might not make it.

19. I'm thinking more of her as a Human with a Fully Functioning Mouse Brain.
Pounding at the Senate doors, screaming "Let me in! Let me in! I know there's cheese in there!"

7. I caught a piece of Hannity on the work break room TV
He was spewing something about how Republican women candidates aren't treated the same way as Democratic women candidates and how the left is so intolerant.

Someone should tell these morans that tolerance doesn't require someone to tolerate intolerant people and idiots.

11. I have a somewhat different take on it
Were it simply a matter of political differences, these women wouldn't be treated differently. However, when there's simply no connection between their brain and their mouth they are going to get hounded by the press and rightly so. This is no different than any male politician that says something stupid. It just so happens that Palin, Angle, Bachmann, O'Donnell, and Brewer all suffer from the Dunning–Kruger effect, so it's just a matter of giving them a public forum and they discredit themselves brilliantly.

12. O'Donnell is nothing if not predictably laughable and disgusting.

You should see the ridicule she's gotten throughout the Australian media.

Now would be the time to start connecting up the dots to the rest of the Republican party.

13. This from a single woman, never married

Nothing wrong with that, unless you throw a lot of mud.

14. She is throwing the mud to boost her "Street Cred"
She needs to "prove" she's hetero and does so by making anti gay comments. She walks a very fine rope when she does this of course; since doing so reminds people to look at her life choices. Really a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation for her politically speaking anyway.

16. Why does O'Donnell hate her sister so much!
You'd think she'd try to be at least as "compassionate" to her family as Darth Cheney is!

17. given everything I have seen from half wit o'donnell, she probably hates her sister because
her sister is smarter and more attractive.

18. let's use the word 'smear' carefully
The word 'smear' implies that it's a bad thing. Being gay is not a bad thing. I'd substitute it with 'allegation' which is more neutral.
:hi:
