ILLINOIS: I saw the most terrible thing on the way home from work today:

I was passing by the local Harley-Davidson motorcycle shop (in my mostly liberal neighborhood) and there was a "Bill Brady for Governor" rally slowing down traffic. Not only were there lawn signs as far as the eye could see, but also a monster truck with Brady campaign crap all over it!

It was pure torture slugging through slow-moving traffic to get away from there. I really wanted to honk and flash the finger, but I didn't.

If that rally turns into official Bill Brady headquarters or something like that, I'll have to use another one of my routes to and from work.

(I wonder if that Independent Scott Lee Cohen is any good....)

Insistance on buying "American-made"...then voting for the ones sending jobs overseas...go figure...

the bikers my ex- hung with were serious righties...even some who worked at the Ford Plant here.
