Delaware is a small state. One can cross state lines in an hour or two from anywhere in Delaware. So anyone "feeling the need" is welcome to come over here to Pennsylvania. Dem Gov Rendell welcomes you - just don't let Rick "Man on Dog" Santorum catch you.

Penn Hills, specifically. He actually resided the whole time in northern Virginia.
