I turned on the TV when I got home tonight, and Chris Mathews is blathering on about that idiot Quran burner Pastor Terry Jone making a deal not to burn them if the NYC Mosque/Community Center was moved. From what I got Sarah Palin twittered the idea and John Boehner had some connection. What the hell is wrong with these people? Are they insane putting the Mosque non-issue out their for these idiots to use it as a hostage to their Quran burning....

I am utterly flabbergasted by this whole situation. Is anyone else here as pissed off as me?

in his 'future history' says that we are living through the 'Crazy Years'.
He sort of predicted fairly closely about American Religious Hysteria coming to the fore in the late 20 C. He died in 1988. Most of his writing was done from 1939(first published work) to late 70s.
He did not get everything right, but came close.
