Take that to the rest of your colleagues and share it. The left is very much in agreement that freedom to speak and practice religion of choice and to have control of your own property is constitutional. You would have more integrity if you would stop gnashing your teeth over how this is a distraction from governance and simply state that you agree that Muslims are afforded equal rights under the Constitution to these things as well. Better yet, a statement that you will be dropping discussion of the topic to pursue real issues would make your ranting and browbeating more believable. Then DO IT.

BTW, Reid is practicing what established politicians do when they have realized that they may have to return to the private sector, even if they are displaced by someone totally unhinged. They pander to the lowest among us.
