...the proposed "mosque" isn't really "at" ground zero either.

4. there's a much stronger case for that argument though

the "mosque" is in the debris field and only 2 blocks from where one of the towers stood.

the japanese cultural center is 10 miles away from pearl harbor.


of course, given that some right-wingers want a ban on mosques in all of manhattan or even all of the country, the proximity is not really relevant to the hate.
