To be honest, I can't say for certain he was there for her, but hey, in our time of trial, let's give him the benefit of the doubt. We wouldn't want others to think of us as callous and unfeeling (and clueless) now would we?

In the spirit of your post:

You'd better watch what you say about Bush -- the freepers might come here and quote you to prove how nasty lie-berals are! Besides, we're better than that! Bush may have been war criminal who was responsible for the murder, torture, kidnapping, and rape of tens of thousands of Iraqis and the deaths of thousands of American soldiers, but that doesn't mean we should be haters on the day he died! Think of his family and friends who are mourning!

Shrub always did like the pre-emptive. He felt it the best way to put food on the children.

He loved making the choo-choo sounds.

69. Thread after thread after thread will tell us: why are we speaking ill of the dead?
Why? Because they have told us time and time again that if we don't believe the exact way they do, we will go to hell and back again.

I have my belief system and they have theirs. They may meet at some point but they are still different. Why is mine going to condem me to an afterlife that is so hate filled (according thier belief)? Why do they think theirs will allow them to become angelic? The outcome in the afterlife may be much different than what these 'Crusading Christians' believe it will be.

My goodness!!! But people from all over the world want to share their memories and pay their respects.

Shrub would give you a shoulder massage if he could...and he'd insist on it too. It was his way of making people feel comfortable.

85. Id also like to mourn Usama and Mullah Omar
they may have been bad but I am the better person for not rejoicing at their demise... (even though Im really really happy about inside!!! but Ill keep it locked away for appearances and scold all those who wouldn't).

Honestly I think many of those who protest so much at the joy and relief expressed at such a passing... will be there doing the same thing no matter who it is. Which really makes me think they have their own emotional issues.

Sounds like they'll forgive the man before they forgive his victims.

In the Bush and Cheney Horrorland
