Thank Gawd that I don't know any of these assholes personally.

2. They're a bunch of dumbasses who are being led around
by corporate hucksters like Beck and Hannity and who believe any line of crap some adman on Pox News spews at them. It's really kind of pathetic, I do believe these poor dumb bastards would do absolutely any self defeating stunt they were told to, including signing everything they own away.

3. I'm sorry. The truth has to be told. They are freaking idiots.
From their misspelled signs to their outrageous stands, they reside at the very bottom of the pool of intellect.

And sadly, their idiocy is irreversible. ;)

5. What's the matter with Kansas?
Great book.
Nice premise.
Shit, I lived and worked there.

This goes deeper.
These are the type of people that are chomping at the bit to line up 100 million deep and...
Jump into the abyss.

That's what they want, and that's the problem.
You can't fight crazy.
They ain't called THE RIGHT for nothing.
We will always be wrong in their eyes.
And they hate us for that.

I don't know, I just got off a hellish shift at work, and I'm tired and I can't deal with their shit anymore.

9. They are all corporate lapdogs who are unwittingly selling themselves out to them.
It's baffling how ignorant and stupid tea baggers are. I find it unbelievable how people could willingly support the very people who are seeking to harm them. But since they get 100% of their information from talk radio and Faux I can see why they are 100% pro corporation. They whine about big government, at the same time corporations are picking their pockets and gathering every bit of personal information about them. I never thought any American people could ever get to be this stupid.

Maybe we should come out in favor of their rights to vote, hold office, bear arms, freedom of speech and assembly. Maybe they'd give it all up just to spite us.

11. The right wing media is pushing the "Net Neutrality means censorship of the internet"
meme HARD. It gives me a massive fucking headache trying to follow what passes for logic among the morons, but it pretty much amounts to: Liberals are allowed to say whatever they want and we can't stop them. There are more liberals on the internet than conservatives. That means there are more liberal comments/blogs/etc than conservative ones. Therefore a free internet censors conservatives. Being able to stop liberals from speaking freely will end that censorship. Ergo net neutrality = censorship.

That's the kind of shit people will accept at face value when they've come to believe thinking for yourself to be a terrible sin.

12. This is all incomprehensible to me.
I see the teabaggers. I hear what they say. Yet I cannot grasp why they would fight so stridently for the people that want to rape them and steal their money and against anyone who tries to protect them from this fate. Really. I simply cannot understand what is going through whatever they have where we Americans have minds.

They hate the government. But the government is US. "Of the people, by the people, for the people" - didn't some Republican say that? They love the corporations. But the corporations are THEM. Why oh why then Lord are so many of US siding with THEM?

The only motivation for a corporation is profit, pure and simple. And how do you maximize profit? You provide the absolute minimum quality product or service that people will put up with while charging the absolute maximum price that people will pay. You pay your workers the minimum amount possible and work them as hard as you possibly can. You mislead your shareholders about the value and future of the corporation. If you try to be a "good" corporation and not do these things, you will go out of business because your competition will continue to do them. The system is designed to ensure this outcome. And this is what the teabaggers are for?

The role of the government in this is to protect the citizens from being abused by the corporations. And this is what the teabaggers are against?

I will never, ever understand conservatives.

13. Pavlovian...They're Told What To Think...
We see it time and time again...ask a teabagger about a specific issue and you get a word salad of talking points and gibbrish. Get them off the talking points and they're lost...clueless. All they know are what they're told on Faux. So if the corporates (and Saudis) who run that cesspool say "Lower Taxes", that's the only thing you'll hear these losers scream. Dare to ask them how they'll pay for roads or garabage collection or schools or police and you get more word salad. Their most favorite is claiming to be wanting to "restore the Constitution" yet they're ready to scrap Ammendments 1, 10 and 14. Ask 'em what those ammendments are and watch the birdies fly around their pointed heads.

The corporates know they have real good toadies to astroturf their causes...just create the talking points, send them to faux and hate radio and stand back and watch the misinformed poutrage...

My neighbor told my husband that he went to a tea party rally. My husband looked at him and said, "Why would you do that? Those people don't appear to be too bright." It was a conversation ender.

16. Government taking over the internet isn't a good thing
Because, you see, Telecos will control the FCC, which in turn will control the internet via the government.

so would you rather have Telecos doing what they do without the use of government, or with the use of governement?

None of my conservative or libertarian friends started to complain about it until they found out the WH was nominally in favor it it, and the Conservatives up here in Canada oppose it for similar reasons.

That can be said for a good deal of our general population too.

Look at how many are buying the Republican's fiscal conservative rhetoric when they've never governed in such a manner when in the majority. In addition, people are falling for the Southern Strategy bullshit AGAIN. Poor and middle class people, how many times do you need to get raped by elephant dick before you wake up?

30. I have to admit that I am a little. I knew it was there, but had never guessed it was as
consistent and blatant as it is.

I remember when it first looked as though it was going to be Obama who would be our candidate and people were talking about whether a Black candidate could succeed and I said I thought it was a good idea to go with him "electable" or not, because that would result in a national discussion about Racism and that kind of honesty is a good thing for us. I still think so, but maybe I thought the "discussion" was over with Obama's inauguration.

Wrong.

It hadn't even started at that point.
