Burqa Bandit? Man in Woman's Middle Eastern Dress Robs Bank, Say Md. Cops
SILVER SPRING, Md. (CBS/AP) The devil wears Prada? How about... robber wears burqa?

Montgomery County police said a man disguised in the traditional women's middle eastern outer garment robbed a bank Tuesday afternoon in Silver Spring, Md. Police said the bandit wore "long black burqa over his face."

He also wore jeans and tan boots underneath it, they said.

Authorities said the "burqa bandit" showed a gun and demanded money. He got away with an undetermined amount of cash.

1. I think Md won a court battle
where you had to remove your face covering or you couldn't get a driver's license. Stands to reason. If you take a picture all covered up, anybody could drive the car under that name.

2. For safety reasons, no one should be allowed to cover their face
in public. It is one of those "for the greater good" kinda things.

3. In NY State you cannot wear a mask in public...unless of course your trick or treating.
