I can (just barely) see it on hand-printed signs done up in the heat of the moment, but a printed banner? Seems like you'd have plenty of time (and people) to proofread something like that.

13. Especially since it was likely done by a "professional" and not the guys
who are carrying it.

It reminds me of a business card that I saw years ago (before you could print your own from the computer) that advertised "brusch-hoging" done. Why the printer didn't catch that has always been beyond me.
