1. I already did but ya know, why bother
If by chance one of their polls didn't turn out the way they wanted, it would either disappear or they'd just lie about it.

3. wow, so many ignorant comments.....
they seem to think that if "the people" vote for it, it just doesn't matter if it's unconstitutional

so much stupidity...

5. I like this one

Time and time again, the will of the people overruled by a single, liberal minded judge. People, it's time to stand and fight or we will no longer have rights. REMEMBER NOVEMBER...REMEMBER NOVEMBER and BEYOND!

they don't realize that the judge was appointed by Papa Bush and the one of the plaintiff attorneys is a leading conservative

4. I know this is nothing new but what a push poll.
Yes -- Prop. 8 violates the Constitution.

No -- Marriage is an institution between a man and a woman. I don't care what the judge thinks about the Constitution. (Because judges aren't here to interpret the Constitution anymore, instead, they are to uphold religious beliefs)

I'm not sure but shouldn't the voters views count for something? (Biggest farce of a logical statement ever for obvious reasons)

Other (leave a comment).

7. I also wonder why people bother...
I mean, why make them look more intelligent/tolerant than they really are by skewing the poll results?

Also...are the results of a Fux poll really going to make a difference? Voting is what makes a difference...not internet polls.

But whatever...if it makes people feel like they're changing the world, go for it...

11. "I don't know, but didn't the voter's views count for something"?
From the same people who complain about "judicial activism". They really are morons.
