I mean, it doesn't seem like any civil rights are involved (except in reverse) so I can't see what rationale would be used, but no doubt there would be an effort immediately.

1. Expect court battles on prop 19.
They will be strangely well funded by shadowy figures.

2. But on what grounds? Certainly no civil rights.
I have no doubt there will be well-funded opposition, but will they have any legal footing?

3. Oh I don't know, I'm not a lawyer.
I just suspect some fight from the right and the DEA on this.

6. Preemption by Federal Law just like with Az????
Interstate commerce clause gives the Feds the right to control commerce and they say it is illegal. Feds law comes first.

Just my thought - no expertise
