Map of unemployment by state - is this factual?
It is supposedly per U.S. Bureau of Labor numbers.

1. The only thing about that graphic...
is that everything from 6% up is a nice dark color to make it look really scary at the end.

But it appears to be accurate as far as the numbers are concerned.

4. It is accurate. And does a good job of showing how this problem

is spreading almost like a cancer. 30 million + unemployed or underemployed people.

That's a huge amount of revenue that has stopped coming in, and a tremendous amount of automatic payment going out. And there appears to be nothing that would generate much if any improvement for several years.

7. interesting.. extreme regional and state by state differences..
also its surprising how high it is in most of the Pacific northwest and how low across the entire state of Florida.
